Entrance-mats

I am a facility owner and active manager who takes pride in remaining very "hands-on" with operations.  It's my pleasure to share my knowledge of commercial / industrial facilities management with the HubPages community!

Entrance mats are becoming the focal point of sound risk management.  With the number of slip and fall accidents outnumbering car accidents between 1998 and 2008, facility managers are beginning to reevaluate their entrance, lobby, and outdoor matting systems.
